Cinnamon Finley, MA, LPC, CPCS - Lead Therapist
Cinnamon has a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Cinnamon has been working as a therapist since 2014.

Cinnamon is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has received training in Flexibly Sequential Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. She has over 170 hours of training in play therapy. Cinnamon is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializes in children and adolescents. Cinnamon has completed over 30 hours of training focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Cinnamon is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor which allows her to assist and supervise therapist during their journey to become licensed.

Taylor Montgomery - Office Manager & Clinical Director
Taylor Montgomery is a graduate of Haralson County High School and began with Transformations Counseling in 2022 through the Work Study program at the high school. She is attending college at West Georgia Technical College to receive her degree in Business Management and has applied to become a Peer Specialist. Taylor is a Notary Public.

Taylor is the friendly voice on the phone and the smiling face in the front when you enter Transformations. She handles all the scheduling, payments, and insurance issues for Transformations.

Mary Catalino - MS, LPC, CPS-P
Mary Catalino is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, and an Associate of Arts in Chemical Dependency Counseling. She has received training in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Telehealth, and Ethics and is a Certified Peer Specialist—Parent. Mary loves to work with people regardless of age, gender, race, or religion, and she has a unique way of relating to people because of her powerful testimony.
Mary grew up in the foster care system, was emancipated when she was eighteen years old, and has overcome several barriers, such as substance abuse, homelessness, incarceration, regaining custody of her daughter, and breaking the stigma that is associated with mental health. Through the challenges Mary has faced, she has never given up and wants to help others reach their full potential. She has a working alliance with First Baptist Church Douglasville and services Douglas, Cobb, Paulding, Carroll, and surrounding counties.

Erin Hagan - BS, Intern
Erin graduated from Ranburne High School in 2021. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of West Georgia in 2024. Erin is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of West Alabama.

Erin has the great ability to build rapport with any client of any age or background. She is very client focused and finds the positive traits and strengths of each client with ease.

Niki Lieber, BA, PP, CPS/Behavioral Coach

Niki has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of West Georgia. She has over 15 years experience working the mental health field. Niki has been working as a certified parenting coach, certified peer specialist, and behavior aide since 2010.
​
Niki is trained to teach effective discipline and praise, coping skills, behavior modification, life skills, and specializes in managing anxiety symptoms. She has a talent for helping and empowering parents to tackle difficult behaviors by viewing those behaviors as a form of communication. Niki focuses on teaching communication skills to change the way children and parents communicate. With this focus she strives to create healthier bonds between children and parents.
